From a great salad to an exquisite dish, depending on the ingredients he has available he can put something together. Last night he created an incredible Vegan Mushroom Risotto that was celiac safe and out of this world delicious! Always a great experience and I have never had a reaction! My homegirl got the black eye peas and she said that were really good as well. Drinks are high however that's expected for the area it is in.
