We recently dined at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Pointe-Claire to celebrate a special occasion, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and refined—just what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made us feel genuinely appreciated. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, offering great recommendations and making sure every detail was taken care of throughout the evening. As for the food—it was outstanding. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavour, and the sides were just as impressive. Even the complimentary bread was fresh and delicious. Dessert was the cherry on top—rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that care and consistency go into every part of the experience here. This isn’t an everyday spot for us, but it’s become our go-to for birthdays, anniversaries, or when we want to treat ourselves. It never fails to deliver. Highly recommend if you're looking for an elevated dining experience in a relaxed but elegant setting.

Everything was on point from the taste, presentation, quality of food, and the excellence of service!!!! The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that 20%+ provincial tax and what ever that other Canadian Tax was. I still tipped 20% which made it 40% out of pocket. I can see why Canadians are known to be bad tippers because I would tip less too if I lived here.

Good food, beautiful place and decor, slightly expensive, however definitely worth the experience.

This is a gem of a restaurant ! Food is outstanding, ambiance so warm and elegant and the service was delightful and charming. We had the grilled octopus and salmon tartare. Truffle French fries to die for, a side of caesar salad and perfectly chilled white wine. A perfect spot for a dinner date, or celebration. A must!

La nourriture et la bière étaient parfaite. Le service à la table était bien, un peu lent mais il y avait beaucoup de monde. Ce que je n’ai pas aimé c’est que ma table réservée a été donné à quelqu’un d’autre par erreur, même si je suis arrivé 20 minutes à l’avance. On m’a ensuite suggéré des places moins intéressantes, comme si j’arrivais sans réservation. Mon conjoint et moi y venions pour fêter notre 7e anniversaire, et c’était dans ce restaurant qu’on s’était rencontré. Mais les prochaines années nous irons ailleurs. Désolé.
