They reached out ahead of time to ask about the hobbies/interests of the birthday person. They offered complimentary Prosecco and dessert in honor of him. They surprised him with a gift based on the hobbies I had responded to them. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, polite, and they kept checking back to see if things were to our liking. The assistant general manager stopped by twice to see if we were enjoying our evening. The food was exceptional. Their lasagna bolognese takes three days to make and it is amazing!
