AS well as the menu there is homemade bread and butter, canapés, soup. Great as well that we don’t need to drive.There’s a bus from Sheffield (x17) which takes you straight there so you can taste the cocktails and drink from the lovely wine list. Non-alcoholic cocktails brilliant too. There are separate vegetarian and vegan menus not just ‘vegetarian option’ added at the last minute. This was a seriously good decision ! 3 x Beef and 1 x Lamb. All perfectly cooked and presented with flair (yorkshires and roasties were perfect) We all enjoyed our various starters, the home made slaw with my short rib was nothing short of delicious) the dressing on the heritage tomato and burrata salad was superb with a slight kick. Yum I need to recipe. Good house wine - both white and red. It did take a bit too long for the starters to arrive but that gave us the chance to catch with each others news. Too full for pudding but a cracking Sunday lunch. Highly recommended particularly because this is real chefs cooking; so much more of an occasion than the production line, run of the mill offerings in some venues.
