I took my partner for her birthday last night. I have eaten there before and it was good, so expected the same. Food was excellent, both had steaks, cooked perfectly to our liking , chips, excellent, accompanying veg dishes, also excellent. Deserts were equally good, and GF options availabe on many dishes. Good choice of wines, and the one lad who was working was also ecxellent, very polite and attentive, nice table on its own, had a very nice evening,thanks

As always, the meal was excellent. It was an 'old' school friends reunion, the extensive menu catered for all of our tastes. The service again as always leaves other eateries in the shade, friendly, unobtrusive, but on hand if we needed anything. Thank you to Gareth, Kate, and the team we all enjoyed our lunch. Lovely food, piping hot served on hot plates which is always a must. Fish and chips was delicious, crunchy batter, lovely white fish, crispy chips, order the burger aswell, again delicious, nice and hot and generous filling, nacho cheese sauce lovely , it's our to go to pub for dinner now, will book for Sunday Lunch as soon as work allows.

The place is nicely tucked away very cozy and great for a Sunday roast. Nice little gem! The food is very good! I would recommend this for sure
