Service the past few visits has been very good. Wish the owner was more present. He’s there but very little interaction with customers. They are also being silly about not letting my almost 18 year old son sit at the bar with me and drink a soda and watch sports. We started with a seasonal chef special, the Spanish octopus with potato-pumpkin hash—absolutely delicious! Paired it with a glass of white wine and the mock Hannahrita of the day (guava), which was refreshing and flavorful. For the main course, we had the chef’s special cod with a crab and cactus cracker topping over a bed of cowboy caviar—so unique and perfectly cooked. Dessert was the flourless chocolate cake, and wow! It’s more like pure ganache—rich, decadent, and perfect with their great coffee.
