Unfortunately the plates were really warm. They must have come directly from the dishwasher to the table. Since the dessert is served with gelato, a warm plate seemed out of place. This small gaffe notwithstanding, the entire experience was outstanding. We love the ambience, but Christmas was definitely HOPPING, so the noise level was a little more than normal, but it was a festive and fun, so not loud in a bad way.
