I had the Chicken Penne alla vodka and my wife the braised rib and they were both so delicious and full of flavor. Value is AMAZING for the quality of the food. The inside is beautiful and ambiance was comfortable and relaxing. Although this is not an insult by any means this restaurant is not an expensive steakhouse so don't expect that type of ambiance (low lights, formal attire severs, $100 steaks lol) here. Don’t love the dining room compared to some other area steakhouses, but it was fine. It was bustling due to it being Valentine’s Day… I liked how they had a holiday pre-set menu but also allowed you to order off of the regular dinner menu. We came on a Tuesday and was surprised to how busy it was, but that was no concern as we had reservations in place and we're seated pretty swiftly. For our starter we had the mini Elk tacos which were pretty good. For the main course I ordered the 18oz Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye with a side of the White cheddar havarti mac&cheese and Tallow fries. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. My wife ordered the Texas farm raised red fish which came with jumbo lump crab&rock shrimp, spicy lemon zydeco sauce, whipped potatoes and a frisée citrus salad. Per my wife it was an amazing meal.
