A very enjoyable evening with excellent seasonal cocktails and amazing entrees. Our server was delightful. Overall a very pleasant evening.

Our food was excellent, the service was excellent. Emily was our waitress was over the top awesome!! She loved her job.

We were a large group of travel staff from the hospital that were not be able to make it home for the Holiday. Gold Bison put on an amazing dinner and allowed us all space to gather and celebrate! The food was amazing- 3 carving stations, a salad table, a wide variety of side dish options, soups and breads AND a dessert table with coffee. We had a great wait staff who helped with orders from the bar. The reservation and check-in process was simple. There was even live music! All in all, we had a great time and are so grateful to everyone at Gold Bison for letting us have a great holiday with friends!

The food was delicious with beautiful presentations. The staff was friendly and on point.

Love coming to Minerva’s. The food and service are consistently good and prices are very reasonable.
