    Our dinner was delicious. We ordered sushi, miso soup, black cod, and the short rib tacos. The presentation of the meal was beautiful.

    We did the tasting where the server picks out the dishes and brings them. It was absolutely amazing and all of the dishes were mouthwateringly delicious!! 10/10

    We dine at Nobu Dallas almost everytime we visit Big D. We introduced friends whom we were meeting from Houston for the weekend to the Nobu experience. As always, everything was delicious with many unique flavors and great presentations. Highlights: yellowtail with jalapeno, tempura rock shrimp, caramel sobacha brownie. Found a favorite wine of our guest which is elusive, much to his delight. Service as always was well-paced and attentive.

    4.5 Stars. Overall our meal was a wonderful. We were sat at a table that wobbled. They fixed it without asking. All but one item ordered were very good. The tempura was a miss and needs work. Our server was outstanding. We will definitely return.

    It’s been 15 years since my last trip to Nobu, Dallas, due to distance issues. What a great reunion coming home. It’s even better than I remember it and I remember it very positively. If you’ve never been, you gotta go. If you’ve been, you gotta go again.

    We were celebrating a birthday for a visit and we had great time. Most all of the food was a 10/10. Our server was great. One issue I had was that another waiter brought my drink to the table and spilled it on me. She apologized which was fine, I was offered a napkin, but a lot of the drink spilled down my back, a $21 drink. A napkin was offered, I think at the level of this restaurant and that we were a $275 pp tab, that at least the manager would have come by a new drink would have been presented. The restaurant was not overly busy and I sat with a wet shirt for most of the meal. It put a damper on an otherwise outstanding experience. Accidents happen but setting the drink down and saying sorry falls short.

    Sushi bar chef was amazing! Gave him freedom to be creative and serve what he wanted and was thrilled with the flavors! Best birthday dinner yet!!!
