   上手にアメリカナイズされた日本料理と思いました。素晴らしいアレンジですが醤油や塩だけのシンプルな味わいとはにがうようです。 静かに話をしたい向きには難しいかと思いました。

   和食店ではなくアメリカ人向けのJapaneseスタイルレストランでした。店の雰囲気もアメリカのレストランバーですので日本テイストはありません。 コストパフォーマンスは、正直よくない

   Francisco and David are absolute all stars! You know the food will be amazing at Nobu, but having educated and wonderful waitstaff makes the experience.

   Food was solid. But I spent about $900 there and the wait staff was constantly trying to pull our plates off our table. Towards the end, we essentially got kicked out and off the table so they can bring more customers in. Disappointing considering we spent close to 1k. We were only there for about an hour and a half.

   We had a great date night at Nobu. We had an assortment of menu items and they were all delicious. The menu offers so much variety and we have our favorites, but also like to add an item or two that we have not previously tried. As always the service was exceptional.    I’ve been to other Nobu’s and this time it was quite average at best. The miso cod continues to be a near perfect dish but the other dishes like the rock shrimp were very mediocre. It was served on what looked like a bagged chopped salad with way too much vinegar. The warm mushroom salad looked great but same thing, overkill on the acid. For the price there are way better dinning choices.
