I absolutely loved it. It was a little slow to get our food but they were extremely busy. Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. I would definitely go there again!

Our server was Jackson who cares about his job and he did everything he could to accommodate us within his means. He definitely deserves to be a manager. My dessert came out inedible as the cake was hard as a rock and when he went to talk to a manager about it they said it was supposed to be like that and they took it off my bill. He was very upset. I spoke to a manager named Chase another professional person who did everything to make it right and comped us a gift card but in the end I'm very disappointed with the whole experience because we have been doing the valentines day 3 course menu as a tradition and I dont think we'll be doing that anymore. They've been doing the valentines day event for years and for it to go that poorly not just for our table but the surrounding tables to where we can all laugh about it is an embarrassment.

I found the Lobster and shrimp dish bland and was slightly cold. Appetizers to be the best dishes. For a holiday evening service was good. The food was not as good as the regular menu.

Food was good, but waiting 45 minutes from when we sat down to getting starters, aswell as that we were not even able to finish our starters before they brought out mains, after ordering them together and the waiter confirming they will be out at different times. Otherwise service was good, only complaint is the 45 minutes wait for starters when other people sat after us and received food before us.

It took 30 minutes to be seated even with a reservation-an hour just to get starters. Overall from start to finish it was not our best experience. Servers seemed overwhelmed with tables in multiple areas.

I have eaten at North before and it was great. However this time my meal was sparse and over salted. The service was great. We had a good time with our friends but not ready to go back again. Disappointed.
