    My friend and I went and tried out restaurant week the hostess was lovely the person that seated us at our table was nice. But our server was not she was short ,curt and surly. We asked for a cocktail menu vs wine. Her reply was it should be there. My friend was trying to look at it and she get resting her saying you want me to come back. I received my drink strawberry pie martini I asked to have more strawberry put in because the Bailey's overshadowed it that seemed irritated her. We ordered off the specials. Are whole meal every entree was rushed and our server was short. We both have had a very long day or teachers and we're treating ourselves out after an exhausting week. When we asked to have our food wrapped I asked if she put them in a separate containers she had also made the comment to me maybe you should finish your drink faster. Which was completely unprofessional and rude and when we paid our bill we paid half cash and credit card she put it on the table came by picked it up never asked us how we wanted to do it my friend was trying to tell her as she was walking away from us I saw her at her stand as we were discussing this looking at us and then she came over and said oh I'm sorry was that supposed to be half cash half credit card and we replied yes but you were walking away when we were trying to tell you. As a result I don't think either one of us would come to your restaurant again or recommend it which was unfortunate because the food was really great

    Overall, it was a great experience. We were celebrating our daughters birthday. It was a snowy and stormy evening, so there were only a few other people in the restaurant. The food is always delicious, and the staff are always attentive. I highly recommend Nove!

    We dine at Nove a few times a year primarily because we are local and we like Italian American food. This entree I received visit was disappointing for me. The bar was packed but the dining room was not crowded when we were there. Our server was very nice. While my wife enjoyed her meal, I thought that my Chicken Scarpariello was way, way overcooked. I found the bone-in chicken pieces were very dry and the sausage was cooked to a crisp. I couldn't finish it. Our tiramisu dessert was fine. I should have complained at the time, but didn't. Hoping my future visits to Nove will be more satisfactory.

    Pizza is very good! Sole also very good. We enjoyed our meal. The service is great, actually too great. Need to relax a bit and let guests settle in and have a chance to chat/look at menu without being hovered over. Food is always excellent!
