   Tagliatelle was inedible due to overpowering extreme salt taste. I looove salt and have never ever had a dish be too salty. This was so bad. Both my husband and myself could not eat our pasta. We returned our food and only given credit for one dish. There was no offer to remake the dish. Very disappointing that the chef apparently claims it was made as intended. There was NO way… tasted like a salt lick.

   Great experience overall! Our only constructive piece of feedback is that the cheese board could be more generous. The cuts were very small and hard to share amongst 3-5 people.

   If you like meat (sausages), you cannot help but like Olympic Provisions. We had the special for March with homemade sauerkraut and different sausages. My husband loved his Spanish charcuterie board. Overall, delicious and we will be back.

   This was a ladies brunch, a couple eggs Benedict’s and sharing of a charcuterie board. OP does all of this better than anyone!
