                                                                            We’ve been several times. Our experience was much like the other posts. We went for Valentine’s Day night. Salads and shrimp cocktail were great. Crab stuffed shrimp was delicious and the 14 oz NY strip was cooked fine but only warm. We ordered potatoes which they forgot to make. Service was acceptable. We were seated at 5:40 and didn’t get out til 7:25 so it all took a while. The place needs updating badly. New carpet and paint with new decor would help a lot. Warren Buffet and Bill Gates eat there so it’s not all bad. We would go again without question.

                                                                            Previous experiences all good. Unfortunately our server seemed inexperienced for a group of 8 for sure. (2) entrees missed, left food on a tray near us while going back to figure out what happened with the missing items. Skipped my drink order, then later had to make 2 requests for a soda. Never given or offered a refill either. I don’t blame the restaurant, we just got unlucky on our server.

                                                                            When we first got there it was a little chaotic but it was New Years Eve so to be  expected. The waitress was good but it was busy so she did her best. The wine and the food were very good! Expensive but good. It was really warm upstairs so I was a little uncomfortable in my sweater. It was noisier than I expected but again it was NYE. Overall a good experience - I would go again.

                                                                            We booked a reservation on New Year's Eve and while I do want to be sensitive to that, I just expected better. We booked an 8:30 reservation, we arrived at 8:20p to be told that they were about 35 mins behind. We waited, no bartender at the lower bar to get drinks at, no order to the chaos of all the people coming in expecting to be seated for their reservation. We watched 4 other couples walk out. Once we were seated, we sat for almost 20 mins before we were greeted by our waiter who was run ragged. I believe he had 6-7 tables in his section and struggled to keep up on any one experience. It was about 40 mins from when our order was placed and we got our food, which we expected for NYE. Food was okay, I was hoping for a $250 meal, i would be blown away but the food and the experience, both left me as flat as their Diet Coke. Overall, cute place, but absolutely not worth the money.

                                                                            Had reservations for 8:15 PM, was not greeted or checked in, and was seated over an hour later. The hostess that was seating guests was very rude and relied on us (the guests) to tell her who was next to be seated. It was incredibly unorganized with zero accountability or apologized for the poor service. Once we got seated we sat for another 20 mins with no waiter, water or menu. I stopped a young man who was cleaning tables to ask for a menu. About 10 mins later our waiter came with a water pitcher. Another mins he finally took our order. The food was okay but not hot and can tell it had been sitting for awhile. I expected a lot better service and food especially when we are paying over $200 for a meal for two. I was very disappointed.

                                                                            Our service was great. However, the meal for New Year's Eve was not great. We had to send back one of the entrees because it was not warm. My husband's steak was just okay. I had Sea bass, and I have had it much better other places plus it was not hot when brought out. For the price we were disappointed.
