    The description in the menu and the food that is produced and served is quite varied. One meal was sent back and the other one should have been sent back lemon butter sauce is normally not a heavy cream based sauce, but who am I to complain…

    I realize it was New Year's Eve, but the overall experience was terrible. The inflated prices were ridiculous, the food presentation was a joke (imagine a 4 oz piece of filet mignon on a white plate, that's all there was). They put our party of 9 in a banquet room, it was so loud we had to shout across the table to be heard. Would NEVER go back to Palm Court on New Year's Eve.

    Hi Carla - We sincerely apologize for your experience on New Year's Eve. Our holiday menu prices are only 1-2 dollars more than the our "every day" menu and reflect similar pricing to other restaurants in the immediate area. Upon being shown to your table the manager asked if the table was okay and even offered to find a different table in the restaurant in which you declined. Our booths do not accomodate a party of 9. Our filet mignon cuts are never 4 ounces (choice of 6 or 10 ounces) and are weighed prior to preparation. Additionally, all of our entrees come with complimentary soup or salad as well as a starch.     I would think twice about going here and spending that kind of money. We ordered filet mignon which was raw when we asked for medium well. Mashed potatoes were out of a can/box and the baked French onion soup was not fresh. The onions were black or very dark dark brown. The soup was probably frozen too. Go elsewhere, not worth it.

I can assure you that our mashed potatoes are homemade each and every morning using fresh ingredients. Our French onion soup is also made fresh daily. Our chef carmalizes the onions which gives the color of very dark brown that you saw. We strive to serve fresh, high-quality dishes, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit.     Table was short a place setting and multiple dishes were dirty. They turned all music off and started packing up tables around us before closing time.

    My mom and I both had halibut and it was way over booked. Couldn’t even finish it. I had the one with the shrimp and calamari and shrimp weee way over cooked too. $50 was way too much for this dish. And waitress didn’t ask us about a potato or vegetable.

    It was a lovely evening with my Husband and adult goddaughter. We picked a good restaurant to celebrate Christmas. We were seated immediately with a reservation at 5:00. Having the smaller menu for the Christmas Holiday was a very good idea. You still had many choices and we never felt rushed. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner, with a cocktail to start and a delicious dessert. It was a good choice and never felt like we were being rushed. Glad we chose Palm Court Restaurant for our Christmas Dinner.

    Incredible. Food quality was sterling. Sauces were especially flavorful and wonderfully paired with the food. Service was textbook ideal. We could not have asked for better service or better food. A splendid dining experience.
