I emphatically love Hunter like no other place in this region, northeastern nassau county. The interior is equisite: warm, sophisticated using natural materials. The service is exceptional and sincere. The foods choices are to wonderful: a seeded bread with fresh butter, the chicory assorted lettuce salad, Duck l'orange, a cod with shellfish, moroccan lamb stew... every one a dream.

Fine dining establishment that knows how to do it right. When you think of fine dining on the north shore you think of a steak house. You forget about places like this. Excellent food, great atmosphere, great service.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The owner, Aleksandra, was incredibly friendly and sweet, making us feel right at home. Love Bar Frites. Food is always really good. Service is top notch. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
