Coal Harbour​のベストカナダ料理（コンテンポラリー）レストラン

We booked a table last minute for 8 people and the restaurant was very accommodating.Our server Sam was incredibly friendly and engaging,none off us ever felt left out of his conversations and it was great to see other staff help out.I had the Truffle Mushroom and Pork Belly fettuccine,who knew crispy pork belly and fettuccine could work so well together and the addition of arugula at the end was nice touch.It gave the dish some texture and a peppery bite.I will definitely be having more get togethers here.

Modern upbeat restaurant, kind of in a longitudinal shape with two floors. It has a more open space and light vibe, less a dark or intimate setting. The server was really nice, the drinks (red wine, cocktail) were good. The bread as a starter was really good! It came hot and with browned butter. My wife had the filet mignon with a baked potato, all steaks came with asparagus and beets. It was good but not overwhelming. My rib eye was definitely more flavourful than her's, but after a few bites the saltiness of the rib eye hit me and it became a chore to finish it. After every bite I had to drink water. I'm not sure if a rib eye is supposed to be like this, or if they over-salted it, but i don't think I would come back here for this reason.

Overall experience was good. We were seated at the back and our server was covering a lot of tables. They provided plates but with chopsticks so it was a bit awkward for some of my guests.
