Aspen​の居心地の良いお店

We went to PARC for my son’s 26th birthday/Valentines Day. He and his girlfriend said it is the best meal they have had in Aspen! Bravo! The menu doesn’t reflect the elegant preparation and presentation of each course. You will be pleasantly surprised with every bite. Our salads had the perfect balance between tangy and sweet with lots of interesting textures that melded together well. I wish the salads were bigger. We had the beef tenderloin and the salmon which were cooked to perfection. The sauces and sides added flavor and details usually found at gourmet establishments. The homemade ice cream is smooth and flavorful without the bits of ice found in some less experienced makers. I tried my son’s bourbon sauce on my brown butter ice cream. It was delicious. At the end of the meal we were presented with some homemade jellies and chocolate covered strawberries. Yum yum. We will be back!

We always love it here! So many wonderful items to choose from on the menu. On our “must” list every time we visit Aspen.

The food, as always, is superb. The menu is wonderful and each choice is better than the next! The salads are perfectly dressed and each dish is seasoned exactly as it should be. The chef takes each ingredient into account before seasoning the rest. I say this after eating the black pepper fettuccine. The pasta may taste slightly under seasoned but when you mix the pancetta and egg into the sauce it is divine! Perfect balance of flavors. This is a restaurant that we return to year after year and the quality, the service and the lovely staff never disappoints! That is a difficult claim to make in this ever changing restaurant environment.
