We have had dinner at Juniper's multiple times and every time the food has been exceptional!

Overall, it was a nice experience, beautiful location, and view from the restaurant. I will say that we found it very odd that we ordered two filet mignon, and it was cut horizontally and served that way, instead of like a traditional fillet being prepared and served in its whole state. By cutting it horizontally, we felt like it was overcooked. We had ordered rare for one steak and medium rare for the other and both were overdone . I may be spoiled, but when I order a filet mignon, I do enjoy the steak being prepared and served the traditional way. Uncut. 

Thank you so much for fitting us in tonight. I made a big mistake on the reservation date and you got us in and served us a great meal. We all had a great time.

Jim and Noah have another winner on their hands. They consistently create exceptional dinning establishments in the vail valley. Edz is no exception. Excellent food, great service and reasonable pricing. Well done!

Autumn is an absolute stitch and a great server. We throughly enjoyed her and her service.
