Chef Chris cooked it so perfectly and that's not something many restaurants do! My fish was moist and bursting with flavors of lemon and capers with a little bit of salt and pepper. It was incredible! I got a whole fish for a great price and Chef Chris even made sure to accommodate the low sodium needs of one of the other members of my party! I brought two teenagers with me this evening to try the pasta and even they liked their food((they are teenagers so they are picky) . One of them had questions about the different wines and the costs and Chef graciously took his time to answer their questions.
