Welcome to our award winning pizza and Italian bistro! Brugos was lovingly built to give that cozy, Italian bistro feel. Family owned for 17 years, we are kin to many famous restaurants in San Francisco and Milwaukee and it's those same true Italian family recipes you will find here! Everything is made to order fresh, from scratch, locally sourced when possible. In addition, we offer ecletic, trendy fare that is not so traditional!
