The Edge is an upscale dining destination conveniently located near Shore points. The design is a stunning combination of reclaimed wood, steel and leather with a gorgeous custom-made bar and lounge. A communal table, fireplace and cascading water walls create an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. A New-American menu, highlighting locally sourced and sustainable classic dishes, seafood and prime cut meats infused with Latin and Asian accents. The Edge has an impressive wine list with many American and global selections. In addition to serving signature and classic handcrafted cocktails by our mixologists, the bar is stocked with an extensive list of single malts, blended whiskies, rye, bourbon, rum, gin, tequila, mezcal and some of the finest cognacs, armagnacs and other brandies. Had a fantastic dinner and a wonderful time eating dinner at the Edge for my mother’s birthday. Food was fantastic and delicious, the drinks were perfect, the ambiance was amazing and the overall value was just what you would expect from a place like this. Our server was excellent and we will be back again soon.
