Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle. We were the first customers at 5pm as we were seeing a show at 7. Server was excellent and knowledgeable of the food and drinks. Birthday event with candle in dessert went over well.

Pretty place, and obviously popular. Noise level is awful, even in the garden. I was disappointed in the food, as the place was recommended for the food. The French Toast was dry, and not soaked enough or just not enough egg. The omelette was average. It took a long time to get our starter coffees, and at that time the were not full. Later, it became very bus and I know it was harder for the staff.

Very impressed overall. From the hostess to the waiter and the chef everything was great. Definitely will be back, ambiance was do nice. Good so good. Drinks were great. The two hostess when we arrived were pleasant and professional. We will def be back.

always a great restaurant gave a 4 for good because they recently got rid of their signature beet borscht soup which was a fan favorite they should bring it back
