Our waiter, Jimmy, was amazing, we ordered all of our food at once and asked Jimmy to pace it out using his judgement. We also asked for recommendations on a fruity/dry Wine pairing, which he did wonderfully and paired with multiple items we ordered. Everything was delicious and the oyster mushrooms were spectacular.
