Led by Chef Russell Stippich, the restaurant celebrates Italy’s culinary traditions with Napoletana-style pizza, rustic pastas, and rotating proteins. The second floor is known as our Tea Room, there you will find a more traditional dining experience with a twist. The Tea Room menu and ambiance lend to more curated and intimate affair, with a vast tea selection ranging from herbal to puer, a thoughtfully selected wine list with a tea-centric cocktail program to satisfy even the most adventurous of palates. The Tea room has a DJ every Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday giving the room a not-so-stuffy feeling.**Please note** Bao Brewhouse holds two separate flights of stairs to enter each of the two dining rooms. The building does NOT have an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Food and service were superb. Members of our party specially enjoyed the tuna carpaccio, the mafaldine, the branzino, and the desserts. The interior has a nice decor and ambiance, but I expect better noise control in a restaurant of this caliber. While table conversation is possible, hearing the waiter or waitress is quite challenging. That said, we will definitely return!

    We spent our 29th anniversary here and had an AMAZING meal. We hadn't been before and Skylar did a wonderful job going over everything, including his "not to miss" dishes and EVERYTHING was perfect. Both the pork and Kobe beef dumplings were among the best we have ever had and our meals were just as delicious. We had a few of the cocktails and they were also wonderful! It's always a risk spending a special evening at a restaurant you've never been to before, but I am so glad we took the chance because it was the perfect start to our anniversary evening and we will be back!
