Anepalco is a modern Mexican restaurant located next to ALO Hotel in Orange, California. Our restaurant combines traditional Mexican ingredients with a modern twist. We focus on bringing flavors from all regions of Mexico to your palate. Come and try our famous chilaquiles, organic handmade tortillas, Huitlacoche Octopus tacos or al pastor tacos for lunch. Heritage is family owned and operated by Chef Philip Pretty and sister Lauren Pretty. Our lively indoor dining room was built in 1922 as a craftsman house. Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach on the corner of 7th & Saint Louis Ave. Heritage Restaurant uses sustainable meat & seafood, and Farmers Market produce. Growing our own produce at Heritage Farm right up the street. Certified blue, green, and maintain a zero-waste kitchen. One red and green star Michelin awarded. We serve a tasting menu only.     The food, the service and the ambience when dining outdoor is definitely something I would keep coming back for! It was the 2nd time I’ve been there because I was so happy when my girlfriends took me there for my birthday. I loved it so much that my daughter wanted to experience it too for her 27th birthday, so it was a first for my family. It was a very cold night but the fire and the blankets that they provided made it experience very comfy and cozy. We had 2 types of their version of Spanish paella (Coastal Array for seafood and the Secret Cut for the meat), along with other tapas to share like the Striploin and Patatas Bravas. The croquetas was awesome! What made it really special was the awesome service of our server, Brisa. Another person who helped clean and serve, as well as take our pictures was Annabel (I hope I got her name right). She was also amazing the first time I was there in July, nice Filipina. The view at the Top of the V was amazing and we got to enjoy the spectacular Disneyland fireworks from where we were sitting. If you want to have an amazing celebration, whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary or just Wine Wednesday, you should dine here! We loved it!!!

    Server was on it so that was nice. We had the pitcher of margarita and it was well worth it. Food was above average the chilaquiles were good but the enchiladas not so much.
