Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a Disney restaurant. Prices are steep, and you’re definitely paying a premium for the ambiance and location. If you go in knowing you’ll likely overpay, the quality of the experience makes it easier to justify. Overall, The Edison delivers on amazing food, stellar service, and unforgettable decor. Just be prepared for Disney-level pricing.
