She cheerfully said, “don’t worry we will take it from here.” Our waiter Bill could not have made us feel more welcomed! Everything kept on getting better from there, especially the food, WOW!! When we were all done with our main courses, the table was cleared, and the birthday cake reappeared. What a great birthday party the Capitol Grille through for Katie. Each piece was crafted uniquely and was paired perfectly with other ingredients. The ambiance was a fun vibe! Staff went above and beyond for my husband and I. We also ordered A la carte pieces that were not apart of the omakase package. I highly recommend trying the Big Mac, Toro Negi roll, and the Spicy Salmon Yuzo Roll (this is spicy if you like heat).
