Rosine's Restaurant turns traditional American comfort food into an art form. This local family-owned and operated casual dining restaurant has been open for 43+ years. The Culcasi family, owners of Rosine's, have received a bit of national fame as it has appeared on Guy Fieri's show "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives". Rosine's offers indoor and outdoor (pet friendly) dining serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, beer wine and signature craft cocktails. Dametra Cafe is a casual Mediterranean restaurant. Here, diners can expect high-quality healthy food delivered quickly in a relaxed atmosphere. The decor and styling of the dining room is distinctly Greek, specifically like one of the many coastal cities that the country is known for. Between that and the hearty portions and prompt service, Dametra Cafe sits nicely between an upscale restaurant and quick-service places.Dametra's Cafe features primarily Greek cuisine, with some Italian and Spanish thrown in for good measure.     My husband and I shared the porterhouse and our granddaughter got the wagu. They both were delicious!! The sides that came with the porterhouse were incredibly yummy (crispy potatoes and an Italian broccoli) We started the the garlic bread - which set a VERY High bar for the next course. I’m dreaming about the garlic bread - PHENOMENAL! Our server, Jane, was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive.

    Started a little 3 day getaway with the family and the Mrs gave me 3 choices to pick for dinner. Knowing full well why Nura was on the list. We love us some sushi. Nura's ambiance was peaceful and cute. The staff was outstanding. Not once did my water run dry. Not once did I have to wait till they decided to come back by. They were very good at reading the customers. The sushi rolls were on point with taste and presentation. Definitely some of the best sushi we've ever had and we've had a lot over the last almost 20 years together. Here are some pictures of what we had. Highly recommend Nura if you happen to be in the area! Thank you to all the staff for making our first nights dinner top notch. You've set the bar high for all other restaurants in the Monterey area for us.
