At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment.     Never experienced service so superb. One would expect a nice steakhouse to have good service but this was on another level. Staff was everywhere and constantly checking in. Steaks were amazing. My wife had the crab legs and they were spectacular as well. Loved the raw oysters as an appetizer and the corn and gnocchi sides were great.

    Service was fantastic. We had the escargot and salmon (special) for appetizers. Coq au Vin and Duck Confit for our mains. Bread pudding for dessert. All were very good! It was a little pricey but nothing crazy.

    Packard’s Steakhouse exceeded our expectations! Service by Theresa and Ralph was exceptional. They anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. The other staff members were friendly and attentive as well.  The beet salad appetizer was delicious and the filet mignon and steak frites entrees were cooked perfectly to temperature (medium) and the accompanying potatoes were crisp and very tasty. We will definitely come back again soon!

    Charley’s is our go-to when we are in Tampa. The food is ALWAYS amazing. The Bison Ribeye was perfectly prepared, the baked potato was one of the best we’ve ever had. We sat at the bar, and were somewhat disappointed with the service. We typically choose to sit at the bar when we go to Charley’s because the bartenders are always great—super informative, friendly and helpful. Last night something was missing with the service we received. Again, the food was remarkable as always.

    We went for my mom’s 80th birthday. The service was amazing! They had birthday confetti on the table, provide a special cocktail for my mom and even comped her dessert. It was a beautiful, memorable dinner, we will return soon! Thank you, Ocean Prime ❤️
