The Creek has an urban feel — thanks to the rustic-industrial design with reclaimed wood and wrought-iron light fixtures that play into the muted charcoal-and-turquoise color scheme. Between a private dining room and a large communal table in the bar area, there’s plenty of seating for large parties, plus a heated patio that provides overflow for busy nights. We host a kitchen with a gleaming, copper-sided, wood-burning pizza oven that’s front and center as diners enter.In addition to the welcoming decor we've got 10 bar taps that rotate seasonal and local breweries. Occasionally we offer up special menu items along with tap takeovers with the likes of Barebottle Brewery, Drake's, Coronado Brewing Company, and more. In 1959, Frank and Tina D'Ambrosio decided to start a new restaurant venture along with their "Paisans" Mario and Enza Volpe, after Frank had much success with his first restaurant, the original "Frankie, Johnnie, and Luigi Too! In Mountain View, CA. Named after a good friend of theirs, they opened the original "Giorgio's" in the Foxworthy Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. One year later, cousins Anthony and Louise Dambruoso, affectionately known to the family as "Sash and Lou", took control of the restaurant and ran it for the next eight years. Pictures and paintings of these folks still grace the walls of the establishment today. In 1968, Frank's four sons assumed control of the restaurant and still own and operate it to this day. In 1997 they opened a second location in Milpitas, CA, where they still offer the highest standard of quality food, service, and value to their customers. Bon Appetit!!

If you never been at Terra at Eataly, go. The ambience reminds me of a restaurant in L.A. Menu was pricey, but tasty. 166 for an appetizer, benedict, salmone, crap cakes, latte, coffee and sales/tip. From the hostess, server, to bus person, they were polite and professional. I would go back to introduce to a newbie.

Great atmosphere and surroundings. Loved the upstairs bar and the open windows to the front alley. Service was surprisingly good for only the second day of operation. Cocktails were unique and tasty although some were very small despite being pricey. Food was terrific with unique and delicious combinations of tastes. Open kitchen created an energetic and bustling vibe.

really good food and unique location / atmosphere. service was a bit on the slower side but not annoyingly so. acoustics aren't great - glass walls and ceilings - so it's quite loud inside even partially full. a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but it is very well done (and what isn't overpriced in the valley?).

Service, food, outdoor patio all great! Saturday/Sundays are the best because until 3 PM you can choose from both the breakfast menu and the lunch/dinner menu.
