Palm Desert​のホッとする料理が食べられるお店

This was our first time at this restaurant as we were visiting from Minnesota. We had an excellent experience at Wildest - from booking on line (a glitch with the on line booking - I booked a specific time, and was contacted by Michael at the restaurant that the time I chose was a actually booked already and offered an earlier time which we confirmed worked for us) to our wonderful server Paige, and the excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers of grilled artichoke and ricotta stuffed squash blossoms, along with our main entrees of grass fed lamb chops and seared duck breast, both were perfectly cooked with very tasty accompaniments and sauces! The Calirosa hibiscus margarita was probably the best margarita I’ve ever had! Our server Paige, was delightful! She was very attentive and took great care of us, as well as other guests around us. The additional staff/servers were also very pleasant 😊 We will definitely visit the Wildest again on our next visit to Palm Desert!

Came here for Valentine’s Day and got the prime rib special. This is our favorite thing here. We came 30mins earlier than our reservation and were still seated promptly. Ordering and food service was very prompt for such a busy night. We are very happy with the service, food and experience.

We had only had breakfast and lunch here before but heard it was really great for dinner. We had the halibut special and the Sandabs - both delicious - my husband really loved the halibut! The live music was also very nice. We sat inside because it was windy/cold on the patio - so the ambience wasn’t a five star like I would’ve given the patio. And the carrot cake is probably the best we’ve ever had.

My wife and I who are regular customers of Si Bon came in for an early Valentines Day dinner. We both began with the White Asparagus soup which was delicious. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass for her entree and myself the Oregon Sand Dabs. We finished our meal with the Valentine Raspberry Mousse which was superb. They make all their meals and desserts fresh every day.

We ate outside and it was fine. The food was generally good, but half the mussels didn’t open. We mentioned it to a bus boy who never arranged to bring any replacements. Other than that, the food was quite tasty. It did take a long time for the bread to arrive, but it did arrive warm.
