Grand Cayman​のビーガン料理が食べられるレストラン

We booked to go to the the Union on valentines night living on the island we had never been before. We were not disappointed from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. Throughout the meal the owners were very attentive to guests, a nice touch in a world where there are so many faceless corporate businesses. The food was top quality my rib eye was cooked to perfection nicely rare, my wife had the seafood platter again quality product. Our starter was the truffle pate which had a truffle infused breadcrumb this with the smooth pate. Glad we went sharing that the portion’s are big and quality. The wine list caters for all pallets we went for a small house champagne then the lady may from South Africa both lovely. The ambiance is nice with ambient lighting and modern decor we chose to sit inside although there is a nice terrace outside overlooking the waters of Camana bay. Whether you are visiting the Cayman Islands or resident make time to go to UNION it’s worth it.

How could it get any better than enjoying a light dinner and cocktails on a beautiful rooftop patio watching the sunset and the full moon rise . Our server Martina was just the right amount of attentive and even tracked down a piece of gluten free chocolate cake for me. All in all a great evening!

We had a wonderful dinner at Catalina. For starters, we tried the Parker House Rolls and the Above Sea Level "Ceviche". The rolls were so delicious and the Above Sea Level was an all vegetarian dish that resembled what you would see with a normal ceviche dish - I though it was light and refreshing....very good! My wife ordered the cod and it must have been great because I never got to try that, but my steak was seasoned wonderfully. The Yukon Gold Mash side dish was a little heavy on salt for my taste, but the asparagus side was great. Service was attentive an friendly. The dining room is beautiful. Highly reccomend!

This was my husband’s favorite place. The food was excellent. It was very windy and the waves were huge. It made for some beautiful pictures and views. We did ask to move to the side of the building as it was very windy that day and they did accommodate us. One thing to note is there is no indoor seating and not much outdoor seating so I would definitely make reservations. We loved it!
