We went to Thirsty Lion on Valentine’s Day, which was yesterday. We had the Valentine’s Day specials. The shrimp was amazing and my salmon was so good. There was a pairing of wine, white or red with our meals. I believe Ashton was our server. She is actually going to school and working two days a week and was very nice. We enjoyed visiting with her! We made a reservation for 3 o’clock since we were on our way and were afraid that we would not get in for their special! We love this location in The Colony, highly recommend! Just remember that they do not have happy hour on holidays!

Amazing Food & Incredible Experience! From start to finish, this restaurant delivered an unforgettable dining experience. We kicked things off with the deviled eggs and gumbo, and as a self-proclaimed gumbo connoisseur, I can confidently say this was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, we went with a family staple: fried chicken. It was everything you want in fried chicken—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The collard greens were packed with flavor, and the shrimp fried rice was a delicious surprise, full of bold and savory notes. To top it all off, my cousin and I enjoyed a few of their specialty cocktails, the Purple Rain was absolutely fantastic. Meeting the chef was a highlight; she was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the experience even more special. Although I don’t live in Dallas, I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re a local or just visiting, this place is a must-try!

As always, the food and dining experience at Radici was top notch. Started off the night with the Galentine’s Cocktail class. JC was amazing and we had so much fun making two delicious cocktails. My fave was the Espresso Martini. The family style dinner which followed was so delicious and it felt like I was having dinner with family. Favorites of the night were the Tuna Crudo, Butter Salad (definitely needs to be added to the menu), Bistro Filet and Bolognese. Of course, who can decide between the Olive Oil cake and Tiramisu, so always wonderful when you can have both!

From start to finish all was excellent. We arrive a bit early for our 5:30 reservation and were seated right away. The menu was very good for my wife and I. Perry's has a special selection for those over 65. $39 per person with a good selection of the three courses. Their bread was warm and tasty. The Lobster Bisque was exceptionally good. The cup was more than enough with a nice chunk of Lobster in it. The filet for my wife was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The steak came on a hot plate. My Fried shrimp was excellent on top of a large mound of French fries. The three sauces that were served with the fries added to the flavors. We added on the Asparagus as an additional side. Deserts were Creme Brule and Cheesecake. My wife opted for a glass of Perry's house Rose - perfect match for her steak. The restaurant was nicely laid out. The wine racks were over 10 feet high and contained many bottles of their finest wines. We were served by Katlyn. A beautiful young lady that was very attentive to our needs. Thank you Perry's for a wonderful pre Valentines dinner. Worth it - YES. We'll be back. Tom

I didn't care for my table location. It was a two-person table with one seat on a bench and the other a chair. I always give my husband the seat where he's not looking at the wall so I spent the entire time looking at a wood wall. The table next to us was very loud. I should have requested a different table but it was crowded. Next time I'll do that in my reservation request.
