Primarily a craft butchery emporium open Wed-Sat, providing lunch from 11am-2pm featuring some of the best Dry-Aged burgers in the DFW area. Then at the turn of the clock we transform into a exquisite fine dining establishment. With only 6 tables you will enjoy a very intimate setting with a unique view of our one-of-a-kind dry-aging room.
