This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish. Lots of appetizers including our famous Duck Nachos and Dumplings. Great for large groups and parties. Our in house DJ drives the vibe, inspiring nightly sunsets from high atop Diamond Mountain. Bamboo's Sushi rolls are legendary, having won best sushi for 20 consecutive years. Serving late night fares and amazing true craft cocktails at our Bamboo Bar, starting at 5pm for sunsets until late into the night.Every Thursday is Gatsby Night. The Band starts at 8:00 The Regular menu is in effect. There is a $7.00 per person music charge added to everyone's bill. Guitar player Don Solay is playing on Sunday Night.

*No need for a reservation, but call if you have a large groupA true Caribbean dive bar with the attitude to match. It’s a place where high and low, locals and tourists, rub elbows and party the night away. Sit at the bar and hear stories told, some true and many not, from around the island and around the world. The “pour your own” happy hour is the best around. That’s right, you get the bottle, glass, mixer, and make you own drink. This is also one of the best-stocked bars on the island, with the usual suspects, as well some unusual ones. Also, the only selection of craft beers on the island, 100+ bottles and draft too. The kitchen makes some of the best casual bar food around. Family friendly most of the day and night, late night is definitely more suited for the “big kids”. The games are always on, they can get anything. You are guaranteed to have a good time no matter when you go.

    We enjoyed everything! Staff members were all so friendly and helpful from the valet to the hostess, servers and chef! The food was top notch - delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was very nice as we watched the sunset over Simpson Bay and the lights come on all around us both inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely recommend and we would come back if we return to the island in the future.

    We dined on an evening in early February. Beautiful weather but could shower any time. Changed our outdoor reservation to standard indoor but could have stayed outside as they installed an awning to deploy in these downpours. Delicious food artistically presented.

    Great location with the planes coming in overhead! Nice menu. We had the lobster pasta and pork chops. Both very good. Caesar salad was nice, not too garlicky. Service a bit slow to get our drinks but we’re in the islands!
