In 1987 La Brasa opened its doors on the lively Haarlemmerdijk in Amsterdam, located on walking distance from the Central Station, the famous Dam area and the Jordaan. Soon it became a very popular Argentine charcoal grill restaurant with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Specially because of the high quality meat they serve, imported from Argentina, is absolutely worth it to visit La Brasa. The meals are prepared with great care and served - together with the charcoal items - with French fries, rice, special fried potatoes, fresh vegetables etc. Besides the fixed menu, you may also go for the Every Day Special Menu. Once you have chosen one of the delightful charcoal dishes you shouldn't miss the tasty Argentine wine!

Welcome to Mi Sueño. After almost 20 years working in a well-known Argentinian restaurant chain, my dream has come true, Mi Sueño (= my dream). On August 1, 2005 we started, and have since built a great reputation. Delicious, sweet steaks of the famous Argentine beef are grilled to your preference. For a few years our menu has been expanded with Wagyubeef. Quality meat of whole-blooded Wagyu cattle, tender meat with a unique taste. The Wagyubeef is especially famous because of the high marble, the higher the marble the better the quality of the meat. Fish and vegetarian dishes are also available.

    The Restaurant Black in Amsterdam is a GEM. The restaurant was recommended by a local. We were a party 5. We did make a reservation on OpenTable. The service was amazing, scollop appetizer , steak dinners were perfection. The restaurant had a relaxed cool vibe. We were all very pleased.

    Our visit to LaSantaMaria Restaurant in Amsterdam City Central was good. Service was excellent and food was served in good time. We had steak (ribeye) which was a large portion. Steak could have be a little more tender. All in all a nice evening dinner

    We were in Amsterdam for Christmas and by coincidence, so were our son and daughter-in-law! Totally uncoordinated! We chose Day's StoneGrill for our Christmas dinner. We arrived about 30 minutes before our reservation. This was no problem and we were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and had no problem accommodating 'substitutions' for the 'set' menu. The food was excellent and the experience of 'grilling' our entree was new and fun (some reviews state that they were put off by having to prepare their own meat--" We had to work"). Sorry, but that was one of the benefits of this arrangement--prepare as you prefer. This experience and meal was out of the ordinary and VERY pleasing! Wish we had something like this in our town in the USA.
