With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. However, with healthy plant-based options not being the popular choice, we know we have stiff competition. We like to say that we are International Vegan Restaurant. That means our food is 100% plant based and Globally Inspired. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we will have. Have a taste of Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Italy, Balkans and so much more! Brunch Menu is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were nominited for the best brunch in the country by VegOut Magazine and our soup was nominated as Best Soup of Chicago. We won Best Patio 2020 by North Commision. Can't wait to welcome you.

    1st time hear celebrating my best Friend's birthday and yes they Didn't charge us for the dessert but all the server did was put a candle on it and come out and hand it to her no special song or Even say Happy Birthday just lit the candle and put it down in front of her and walked away. Grateful for the dessert but It would have been nice to sing a little Happy Birthday or make it a little special for her since it was a milestone birthday. When I asked about things on the menu the server seemed bothered that I asked...we never been here so I was asking what he suggests. Maybe he had something on his mind but they AUTOMATICALLY ADD 18% gratuity to your bill so I assume that's why he really didn't care. I tipped in addition to that added gratuity but the service on this 1st experience was not warm or welcoming. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing that I would give 5 stars the drinks during happy hour were also very tasty we will be back...and hopefully we will experience better service. The food was spot on...loved it!!

    Overall great experience. The terrace should have better heating options in the winter, and the alcoholic drinks are a little overpriced based on the little amount of liquor used and compared to other restaurants in Fulton market. The food is delicious and the service is great.
