With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. However, with healthy plant-based options not being the popular choice, we know we have stiff competition. It’s an amazing restaurant with a unique twist on Peruvian-inspired cuisine. I loved the lomo saltado, shrimp ceviche, and the chorizo skewers. It’s a definite winner from Chef Stephanie Izard!

Ambience is beautiful! Started with the whipped feta and truffle honey. Sourdough was just ok. Pistachio pesto was very good 9/10. Cresti di gallo alla grappa w/sausage 8/10 pasta was cooked perfectly tomato sauce was flavorful. Double cheeseburger was 10/10 a little over cooked though. Fries were delicious! Jalapeño Mezcalita for drinks-so good. Great date night spot. Highly recommend.

Great food (I want to specifically call out how great the octopus is) and a great environment (especially for a casual quiet dinner catching up with old friends). This was my second time having Brian as a server, and his recommendations on new (since my last visit) food items and cocktails was great. Brian remembered me and made some suggestions based on my prior visit as well. Stellar service and I hope I get Brian as a server again in the future.
