The server was amazing, the service was excellent, The Food was brought out no sooner than we had ordered, the drinks were great as well. We were able to see all of the dishes as they were being prepared and interact with the chefs. Everyone was so cool and the energy was really positive! The food…next level delicious and plated beautifully! We couldn’t decide on just 2 entrees so we ordered 3. For appetizers, we had the crab topped charbroiled oysters and cheesesteak eggrolls. For entrees, we had the Red Snapper, Jerk Short Rib and Seafood Fried Rice with shrimp added. We ordered regular Mac n Cheese and Brussel Sprouts as our sides. Every dish was cooked to perfection and so flavorful! The sauce on that snapper was CRAZY good! Sweet and spicy. Short rib was tender and tasty! The fried rice had salmon on top as well and was a filling dish! The drinks were mixed very well too. We felt special and got individual attention for our whole stay. The chef’s table experience was very worth it! As an added bonus, the owner Tobias Dorzon came in as we were wrapping up our meal. It was cool to have him come through as he continues to recover! Such a great time, great vibe and amazing food! 10/10 would recommend for a night out.
