The gentleman handling things was polite, apologetic that they were running a little behind and we waited only until 6:35 to get our table. He ran the table placements like a general going to war. Not once did he lose his temper or be rude. I'd have clobbered some of those people. The staff was just as pleasant and kind (amid all the chaos) as they could be and the service was excellent.
