Home to the largest collection of Gin (1,000+) in the United States and the second largest in the World, we feature a diverse array of exotic gins from almost every country in the world. Our 17 seat Emerald Bar offers a special vantage point into the extensive gin collection and is available for reservation. Our speakeasy Lounge, Ploume Bar, is open Wednesday thru Saturday from 5pm. Our Main Bar is available on first come, first serve. Executive Chef Grayson Altenberg offers a delightful all-day menu centered around a French/Japanese flair with many easy to share dishes, ideal for family style and large parties.
