Ulele（ユー・レイ・リーと発音）は、フロリダの海、そして伝説の若いUlele王妃をはじめとする多くのアメリカ先住民がかつて住んでいた土地で獲れた食材の力強い融合を実現する店です。 タンパハイツのヒルズバラ川沿い、Straz Center for the Performing Artsから約365mの場所にあります。毎日ランチとディナーに屋内と屋外でのウォーターフロントダイニングを楽しめます（感謝祭＆クリスマスは休業）。見た目に魅力的で風味の複雑な料理を直径3mを超えるバルバコアグリルで調理しています。Uleleは1903年のTampa Heights Water Worksの建物を当時をイメージして改装した建物で、数々のクラフトビールをタップで提供するUlele Spring Breweryも併設しています。隣りにはWater Works Parkがあります。

    Out door dining was situated within sight of Riverwalk and beautifully landscaped. Great food and drink menus. Food was delicious and waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Place had a real good vibe with customers of all ages. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    My wife and I have done many chef tasting menus at other restaurants and this was by far our favorite. I loved that I could pick our own time. Usually, the seating times for tastings are set. All of the dishes were outstanding and chef Ebbe was working the whole counter, serving guests and explaining the ingredients, answering any questions or just talking to guests when they wanted to talk. Desserts were fantastic too. Overall, a wonderful dinner/experience and will definitely do it again.
