Interesting and ever-changing wine list, seasonal cocktails, a warm ambiance and local ingredients are just a few things that accentuate the experience.Important Dining InformationWe have a 15 minute grace period. Please message us or give us a call if you are running late. Your table will be reserved for 1h45m hours for parties of up to 2, 2 hours for parties of 3-6, and 2.5 hours for parties of 7 and above starting from the time of the booked reservation. Important Waitlist InformationAfter being notified your table is ready, you will have 5 minutes to confirm via SMS. Once a confirmation has been received on our end, the table will be held for an additional 10 minutes.

Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible. The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

    We had the most amazing night at Byblos for dinner. The food is always perfect with such and interesting variety of options and flavors. The service is even better! Our server was awesome. So funny and welcoming, the staff here is the best!! Thanks for such an amazing experience, can’t wait to be back:)

    What an incredible experience 😊 Skylight exceeded my hopes, let alone my expectations. I love the casual, comfortable yet sophisticated environment, the perfect lighting, the extra high ceiling and cityscape through the tall windows, and the comfortable choice of seating. I also love the mix of comfy benches, comfy couches, and comfy chairs along with more traditional seating and a beautiful bar in the middle.However the best part was the food and service. The menu is exotic yet approachable, and the staff is wonderful. It's obvious that management is out to create a complete casual dining and lounging experience. This is not just a place we will go back to, it's a place we intend to become regulars at. I can't wait to enjoy a weekend evening with live music or a DJ.Thank you!

    We had the sharing menu which offered a number of dips, hot and cold appetizers, main and dessert. Loads of food for our group and a perfect mix. Our server was lovely as well as the host. Very attentive and helpful. Only issue was that they were sold out of some of the wine we wanted but we understand that to be a supplier issue. Overall I would definitely return. And plan to try their Oakville location also!
