Service was mediocre for the standard of the hotel. After finishing our food and drinks, the glasses were taken away, but not the empty plates. We then had coffee and chatted for another half hour or so. Still the empty plates were not collected. We had the $140pp degustation + half a dozen oysters to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was varied and delicious, service was efficient. Such a gem for south side! We ordered a main & a small plate and shared between the 2 of us. Which was a lovely meal. Beside our table was a cutlery tray for staff to collect new cutlery for tables. I found it was quite noisy when staff collected the cutlery to dress tables when I was eating my dinner.
