The Post's Lottental is situated within the Lottentals in Bochum Stiepel. Restaurant Mumm sits inside the Mintrops Land Hotel and is truly one of a kind. The staff believes firmly in fine dining backed by natural, sustainable ingredients. They don't just talk about it either. Restauraunt Mumm's actions speak much louder than words: The potatoes are harvested from the restaurant's own granary, an on-site apiary provides honey for the restaurant, and all the strawberries, raspberries, vegetables and herbs used there are grown in Restaurant Mumm's very own garden, all without chemicals.
