The quality was superb. The food was exceptional, always interesting and artistically presented. Again, explanations were provided with each course, regarding the unique ingredients and methods of preparation. I can't wait till their next whiskey dinner event. The 1/2 Rotisserie chicken came recommended. I've never eaten a half a bird in one sitting so I was a little shocked when it was recommended but when the server, Matthew, told us that it sells out, we just had to try it and brother, let me tell you, I have never had a more succulent bird in my life.
