Mark even fishes for his own crayfish and trout from the local reservoir! Cooking is modern British and menus change daily depending on what is fresh and seasonal - with the signature slow roasted pork belly, with foot long crackling, being a favourite.

Newly opened pub in Iffley village, Oxford. Mathew & Sage reopened the Prince of Wales after a long 8 month closure. They are a young couple passionate about food and drink and they strive to deliver well kept real ale and mouthwatering, moreish modern pub food.

The Bear & Ragged Staff in Cumnor is a world away from the Newbury & Swindon roads that stream past only a mile from its door. The heart of the pub is a glorious Tudor beauty.
