Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. ZEST also features a partially open kitchen design, large 20 seat bar, and an indoor space with panoramic accordion sliding windows that let you experience the best of both worlds.

They were the local, social and political hubs that spawned the thinking that led to the American Revolution. Tavern at the Sun Inn continues in this tradition offering a Colonial-inspired Seasonal food and beverage menu in a truly unique gathering spot.Tavern’s culinary team is led by Billy Gruenewald. He offers a casual tavern-style menu that changes to match what is seasonally available and features some ingredients that would have been available to Bethlehem’s founders.
